You are warmly invited to present your products and services during GeoConference Québec 2007. The exhibition hall will be accessible on October 3-5, 2007 to the 750 GeoConference delegates.

The Québec City Convention Centre offers a vast exhibition hall on the same floor as the conference rooms. We expect over 60 exhibitors to present their latest technological innovations. A geotechnology showcase is also available if you would like to present your activities in more details.

The above rates are in Canadian currency, net and subject to the 6% federal Goods and Services Tax (GST) and 7.5% Quebec Sales Tax (QST). Currency converter web site.

The rental cost includes :

One 7.5 square metre (8’x10’) carpeted exhibition space;

One 2.4 metre (8’) high rear partition in blue fabric;

Two side partition in blue fabric of 2.4 metre (8’) high for the first 1.2 metre and
  90 centimeter (3’) high for the rest.
Two passes for the GeoConference;
Mention of your company/organization name in the event program and on the web site.
